  The people here pick and choose who do they want to treat right. I've been a long time customer here and I've had people order food and get their food while I'm still waiting for mine. And I'll try to get in a refill and had them ignore me and refill other people's knowing that I was there trying to get a refill. Yesterday I was trying to get someone to unlock the bathroom so I can go to the restroom as I am a paying customer anime ignore me and when I brought it up they said oh when I got time and definitely look out for the lady that cleans the dining area in bathrooms(the only one that was a face mask like covid)she gets in your business and she will talk about you to other customers in Spanish and she will stare at you while you're right in there eating or drinking coffee it is unsettling and disrespectful! I even lost my phone here and nobody would help me even look at the camera back it up or anything and I never got my phone back if you do get some food here I would suggest getting it to go through the drive through

  I arrived, provided the customer’s name, and the order was placed on the counter. At that moment, I needed to take my medication due to a medical condition, which I was clearly holding in my hands. Instead of showing even the most basic level of patience or human decency, the employee repeatedly demanded that I confirm the order immediately. While I was still taking my medication, he removed the order from the counter and stated that he would have me blocked from the store (?) without any valid reason and before I even had the chance to pick it up. I even asked for water to take my medication, making the situation obvious, yet he chose to escalate the situation with an aggressive and dismissive attitude. He went as far as threatening to call the police over absolutely nothing. This is not just poor customer service, this is a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and basic empathy. No delivery driver or customer should ever be treated this way, especially in a situation involving someone’s health. This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on this location. It is deeply concerning that someone with this attitude is allowed to represent your brand. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and properly addressed.

  This McDonalds sucks. Wrong orders every time I’ve gone drive through and delivery, not to mention the amount of homeless inside and outside. Terrible store, terrible management, I hope this place shuts down.

  The manager is discrimating against people, rude individual. My husband and I was ordering our food on the app. My husband had to use the restroom and the manager said the restroom is for paying customers. My husband and I both explained to him that I was ordering the food online and he was about to let my husband use the restroom on himself. The manager called the cops on my husband and said he didn't want his kind in there or his money. We were not from that area. He treated us like we were nothing. He needs to be fired, not manager material.

  Typical McDonald’s — quick, convenient, and affordable. The food was fresh, and the order was correct. Good option when you just need something fast and familiar. The place can get busy and service isn’t always the fastest, but overall it does the job. Nothing special, but reliable for a quick meal.
