  I have never had such a poor experience at this branch. One of the female employees was touching and playing with a customer's dog through the window while serving her food; she then proceeded to continue serving food to other customers. I will not visit this branch again, nor do I recommend that anyone else go there. It was a terrible experience.

  I’m not sure what is wrong with this location, but it’s clear the workers here don’t know their menu. Every-time I’ve ordered a Hot & Spicy meal, they keep trying to force me to get the $5 meal. I can say I want a medium Hot & Spicy meal, but they will still give me the $5 meal. I can even say I don’t want the $5 meal deal and just want the regular meal, and each time I’ve gotten my meal it was incorrect. I’ve never experienced this from any food chain before. When did we start forgetting about an actual combo, that is offered over a deal? Why not clarify? Then they had the audacity to argue saying because other guests want the meal deal. Well then if my saying a medium combo what do you think I mean? It has gotten to a point that I’m over this location. The lack of listening to the lack of accountability is crazy. On top of that their Sprite tastes weird, it smells and taste like mildew has been marinating in the fountain chambers.

  As a former employee of McDonald’s i’m very disappointed and surprised of what’s going on here I pulled up to the drive-through speaker at around 10:40 10 minutes and yet nobody picked my order on the speaker while I know it’s a 30 second rule to take the order however, they took my order, pulled forward to the front window. Did the payment and it took them more than 18 minutes just to get my order which is was one sandwich and actually they forget it completely about me because they parked me on number 1 and I had to step inside so they can redo my order I mean, there’s a reason why I was in the drive-through anyways I know that mistakes happens, but this is not the first time that this is happening to me in this location, even though it wasn’t busy and that’s a lot of hassle for a customer and mistakes to deal with

  I had a very disappointing experience here for three main reasons: the staff was unfriendly, the prices were high, and the food was bad. I tried the Big Arch sandwich today, and it was honestly tasteless and expensive. Had I gone to Burger King, I could have spent the same amount on a Whopper that tastes much better and includes a larger side of fries and a bigger drink.

  You'd best double check your order if doing curbside pickup, because if you customized your order and theres a label on the box/bag/receipt, it may NOT BE correct smh, even when you get charged for it
