I never had issues with this location, and always received fresh food after I made my order. However, I came in this morning and an employee said they were not taking orders at the moment. I understood and was going to sit down for a few minutes thinking it was a temporary issue for taking orders, but then another employee said I couldn’t hang out in the dining area in a disrespectful tone. It made it seem like I was a homeless person, which I did not appreciate at all. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location if you don’t want to be treated with disrespect.

This is an ugly store with security.
BUT, the reason this store gets 1 star (I would put zero if I could) is because you have the audacity to charge extra PER sauce??
This McDonald's location is the worst in the city...period.
And this is the reason Chick Fil A is better.....
Side note: I walked into a Chick Fil A near Washington St. after I was treated like this at McDonald's right after I ordered there but right before I ate my McDonald's lunch. I told them what happened and that I just wanted some more ranch sauce. The gentlemen at Chick-Fil-A just outright gave me 2 ranch without having to pay for them and then asked me if I needed any other sauce.
Take note McDonald's, this is how a real fast food restaurant treats it's customers. Of course you guys wouldn't know that because you have a CEO that clearly takes baby bites of your crappy food.

This used to be a good place for get a quick bite. The last two times I went to the drive thru recently was bad. The first time the girl was rude. A simple yes or no question I ask her about if they were serving breakfast she responded by saying "What does the menu board say?" There wasn't no time on there, just food and drinks. There was a $5.00 deal I saw on TV and I ask her if I could get it and again "Only what's on the menu board I can get". Then I told her she was being rude and I didn't appreciate it, she replied oh I was talking to a customer not you but I remember there was no one in front of me in the drive thru. I ordered for my daughter and at the window she said nothing to me. Not a word came out of her mouth.
The second time I ordered and at the window receiving my order I was missing my sausage egg McMuffin and another person told me I had to go either inside or back in line to get it because it was left off my order. Before they would get it for you now they don't want to do nothing for you plus I got none of the condiments for the big breakfast I ordered for my daughter and no cream or sugar for my coffee. What kind of service is that! They have definitely going down to a zero for me I should not give them any stars used to be a great place not no more.

You need to tell your employees not to argue with customers or comment on the size of their order…
I’ll preface this by saying I’ve for McD’s before and was even a Crew Trainer.
I ordered curbside because I had my kid with me and I had also ordered a Big Arch (which has quarter patties), so I figured they would pull me anyway. Kind of a do them a favor/save them time kinda thing.
Not too long after checking in, I received the notification in the app that the order was on the way. I waited 10 minutes and didn’t have it. I get it - they likely marked it ready even though it really wasn’t yet because they’re trying to keep their metrics up - cool, it is what it is.
After waiting FIFTEEN minutes after the notification that it was ready, I pulled up to the drive thru and very politely asked if I could check on my order. The lady in the window was very kind and apologetic, and she immediately knew which order was mine once I showed her the notification and how long it had been.
Then a guy behind her pipes up and says “Oh, that big order?” and proceeds to grab it. (It was literally a Big Arch meal and a 20 piece nugget - not a “big” order. 🙄) He then proceeds to say “There’s no way it’s been that long.” So of course, I said through the window “I’ve got the notification right here if you wanna argue about it” and he walks away.
I immediately check the fries because I assume they’ve probably been sitting there. I politely ask for fresh fries, which I never do, but it was totally reasonable in this case. She obliges without hesitation, but of course the dude behind her has something to say about it.
The food turned out fine once I finally got it, but you need to give some of your employees a lesson in when to keep their mouth shut and make sure they actually give people their order if they’re going to mark it as ready long before it really is. One day they’ll run their mouth to the wrong person - luckily for him, that’s not me.
