  Early morning hours around 3:50 am it is happening more and more often, I stop on my way to work and the restaurant will be closed. There were 7 vehicles in the parking lot finally when someone answered the drive thru she was mumbling I ask her yo speak up 4xs that I didn't understand what she was saying, I pulled up to the window no one was to be seen. I have spoken with a manager before about this same problem, she told me the restaurant never will be closed and would take care of this. If they can't handle staying up over night they shouldn't work night shift

  I order a simple vanilla cone and take like 10 min to give to me and they don’t say apologize for take to long and it’s not the first time

  This location has a problem following order notes for delivery. Today I received my order with only the drinks and no food.

  Where my MEAT LOVERS AT?!!! I went through the drive-thru and ordered a STEAK, round egg, cheese, MacGriddle meal. I couldn't WAIT to dive into this meal at 12350 Eastex FWY, Hou, TX. When I tell you that I reached in my bag and pulled out my piping hot MacGriddle, I said this sandwich sure is fat. I slowly pulled the paper back to see all of this loveliness, the first thing that I saw was a sausage. Immediately my immense joy came crashing down because that's not what I ordered. I continued to pull the paper back and saw my beautiful onion-covered steak! My immense joy returned. I said, wait a minute! What's going on here? My round egg AND cheese were also present. I tried to take a full bite but the sandwich was too BIG! OMG, the portion that I could bite made my eyes roll to the back of my head. The combined FLAVORS that burst in my mouth was more than I could stand. I couldn't drive and eat this. I drove around to the parking lot on the feeder side, parked and went in on my now MEET LOVERS MAC GRIDDLE! When I finished, I literally got out of my car, went inside, and asked for a manager. Inside it was clean and smelled Good. There were a lot of people dining inside. The cooks and cashiers were clean, uniformed, and ready to take orders. I was so excited while conversing with Manager Maricruz, that I pumped up other customers who wanted to try it. Thank you, McDonald's, for a titillating Friday morning experience. I will FOREVER order my STEAK- ROUND EGG- CHEESE- MAC GRIDDLE / ADD THE SAUSAGE sandwich from now on. I wanted to add pictures of this masterpiece but I don't see where to upload them. Anna D.
