  You better check your order before you leave here because if you order something that they don't have they will replace it without even telling you and expect you to accept it. Clearly mocha and caramel are not the same thing

  UPDATE: Literally the next time I went back they messed up my order lol. Just a horrid place if you expect even passable service. If I had a dollar for every time they forgot my sauces or gave me the incorrect sauce, I would easily have enough money to purchase 51% of the McDonalds stock, become the majority shareholder, and institute a policy that if any order has the incorrect sauces in the bag, the meal is free. It is truly comical at this point. To the point where I’m not mad, more so just stunned. Luckily I’ve been collecting extra sauces from the locations that don’t charge you per sauce (I honestly wonder if this location just…forgets to charge me) so that I have backups in the highly likely event that my order is messed up. Anyways, I’m obviously going to keep eating here because I love the hot and spicy, so I guess y’all win in the end. But just know that this truly is an awful location.

  La verdad yo no sé para qué fue ahorita si me trataron feo llega el de la troca de comida y queriéndome quitar del parqueadero de curbside los empleados tardaron mucho en llevármela y ese no fue mi problema y hasta les exigió que me dieron mi orden Pero rápido o sea que ya están los de la troca quieren mandar allí gerente ponga atención dueño de la compañía de McDonald's ponga mucha atención en lo que está haciendo la verdad me dio mucho coraje que me haya hecho eso el de la troca de comida si no lo reportan ustedes yo lo voy a reportar a la compañía de comida de esa troca por qué no tiene derecho a hablarme como me habló ni a quererme correr de allí así que pongan mucha atención a lo que están haciendo, aparte de que los empleados se tardan mucho en llevar las órdenes pongan más atención en eso por mi parte queda insatisfactorio y la verdad no creo regresar. A y otra el muchacho me habló mal después que me pita para que me mueva le estoy dejando saber a señas que estoy ahí para recoger mi orden y me quiere hechar el tráiler encima osea que falta de respeto eso la verdad estuve apunto de llamar a la policía siguiente vez si llego air y me hace eso la llamaré por qué el no tiene derecho a llegar y querer quitar los clientes de ahí y luego querer hechar le el tráiler encima no me disculparan pero yo estoy bastante molesta no lo recomiendo y menos por eso que tal si no ubiese estado el empleado ahí me deja ir el tráiler encima. Chequen eso y llamen a la compia de ellos por mi parte lo voy a reportar ese tipo de personas no debe andar manejando así por las calles me arruinó mi desayuno la verdad. Mal servicio y mal trato no se si regrese.

  This dude with a weird eye first ignores u at the speaker. Then gets attitude and yells "whatchu want...* When u pull up. Then continuously huffing and puffing in my face as if his breath didn't smell the way that it smelled; I guess to let me know he was annoyed that I had to pull up to the window and order.
