  It’s always a bad experience here, the workers always have an attitude when ordering like they’re here against their will! and the wait time in the drive thru is always more than 20 minutes even when it’s not packed, this ain’t a fast food place more like SLOW FOOD! They always seem to get my orders wrong and something is always missing! So many times that I’ve had to pay extra for sauces that they don’t even give to me!

  Lying on customers face that I heard you you said no cheese, are you kidding me why would I order a cheese burger without cheese, the lady with a headphone. Ones from inside and lies on my face that I said no cheese. Took half my burger away and I went back with nothing because of their insults, that oh you almost are all unbelievable what do you expect y me to do. Not to open my burger to eat a few bites to find out it has no cheese- 31st march 9 pm or so. Female manager supposedly- awful ethics

  The employee working on Sunday morning at 530 needs to be fired. He doesn't want to even acknowledge the person at the drive thru until they yell at the speaker. The line hasn't moved for 10 minutes and now it's backed up with cars. They just don't want to work it seems.

  I recently visited the McDonald’s near my home after some time away. The location appeared to have been recently renovated, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment. However, the level of customer service did not match the quality of the facility. There was no staff member available or willing to take our order, and we were directed to use the self-ordering kiosks without any acknowledgment or greeting. Additionally, the employees seemed disengaged and appeared inconvenienced by customer presence.

  My favorite McDonald restaurant for sure…I won’t go anywhere else because of the service I receive… but I’m writing a review because there’s a woman at the counter that is always so helpful friendly and definitely management material so I’m definitely hoping that if McDonald’s management sees this review they think about giving her the position that she truly deserves because I feel she is truly the heart And face of this establishment And creates the best atmosphere…Elyssia you are so welcoming and amazing and I look forward to seeing your face every day..! Thank you!!!
