  Como es posible que al pedir ketchup te digan que no tienen que no pueden dartelo y con un mal carácter como que regalado le pedimos la comida mal servicio de mala gana te atienden

  went thru the drive thru and tall white man was very rude and condescending and had an attitude because they didn't put my sauce in the bag so i asked for it at the window. he refused to give it to me.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at this McDonald’s was so bad I felt it needed to be said. I spent under $20 on a simple takeout order and ended up waiting over an hour for food that should have taken minutes. For a place that’s supposed to be “fast” food, this was completely unacceptable and honestly ridiculous. There was also little to no parking available, which made the entire visit even more frustrating from the start. What really crossed the line, though, was the customer service. The employee I spoke with was not just unhelpful, but outright rude and dismissive. On top of that, after I had already paid and was a paying customer, I was denied access to the restroom. That’s not just poor service—it’s basic human decency being ignored. This location feels disorganized, poorly managed, and completely lacking in respect for customers’ time and basic needs. I will absolutely not be coming back, and I would strongly recommend going to another McDonald’s location with better workers and better management.

  Fue una experiencia muy desagradable , tienen un personal muy grosero , la mujer que me atendió fue demasiado descortés y grosera , ni siquiera se tomó el tiempo de ofrecerme alguno de sus especiales y lo peor que son las personas que están de encarditas según las escogen como maneger que lastima que sea lo mejor que tienen . Esas personas no tienen idea el compromiso que implica traer una camisa diferente de los demás , espero no volver a visitar esa tienda , porque de muy mal gusto ( por favor explíquenle a la señora encargada que sus problemas los tiene que dejar en su casa no llegar amargada al trabajo y desquitarse con los clientes , porque el cliente siempre será el que le haga su cheque )

  Extremely disrespectful. If you want unprofessional service, this is the place. Today, March 5th, at 8pm I tried ordering through the drive- thru. After much back and forth, the young female taking my happy meal order was unable to follow simple 2-step directions for separate happy meals. On top of all the back and forth, I still got my order wrong. I could see if I was ordering a difficult order but it was a simple lettuce and ketchup only kids meal burger. I don't even care if they charge more for the lettuce. She was rude and disrespectful. I understand the area isn't that great of a place, but at least you can take pride in your job especially since no one else chose that job for you. It isn't the customers fault that you are unable to follow simple step directions.
