  Every Mcdonalds be like "we'll still run our restaurant with Doordash active even though we have them go to the drive thru" type of waste of time

  Just needed a quick bite. The crew was hurried but expedient, and accurate. Importantly, friendly. They were able to joke withe each other about mistakes and quickly correct them and still get the orders out in a timely manner. Touche' mcdonald's good job. This one deserves that one.

  My experience here was horrible honestly. I walked to the drive thru because the doors were locked and it was 11:45pm and it was cold outside and windy. I ordered a hot & spicy along with a Large fries and I have never had a problem with picking up my order until tonight when I arrived to the second window two Hispanic ladies decided instead of giving me my food because it was already paid for from the app they made a face towards me and my girlfriend and told us we would have to start over in line and made me and my girlfriend restart for no reason it was very unprofessional and it seemed like discrimination to me. They served Hispanic people in their cars and made us wait for the cars this was very rude and I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as their manager because whenever I come any other time with black people working there or the supervisor this has never happened to me until tonight and they kept staring at me and my girlfriend and kept making faces it was definitely rude, racist and unprofessional!!!

  My boyfriend ordered Mc chicken the cashier from the drive through took the money and didn’t give the receipt then when it was our turn to get the food the other staff told us that we didn’t pay the money they made us wait and the staff who took the money was not ready to talk when we asked her. Idk what was wrong with her don’t McDonald’s pay you??

  I had a really great experience at this McDonald’s. The staff was super kind and the customer service was honestly amazing. They were patient, friendly, and made us feel really welcome. What stood out the most was that they gave my little brother and sister a small toy, which completely made their day. It was such a simple gesture but it meant a lot. Thank you to the team for being so thoughtful and making our visit a really positive one!
