  Came here and there was noone at the counter. So I ordered through the app as they usually insist to order it yourself. I wanted 3 ice creams for my kids and I. 10 minutes later a woman comes and tells me that I wont be getting the ice cream because the ice cream machine is down. She questioned me as to why I ordered the ice creams since they should be unavailable. (Then how did I order it through the app). I asked her how do I get my refund, and she stated that she already did. I asked her for proof and she said she had no proof. "Just wait a few days for it to go back on your card". The manager then comes over and suggests that I cancel the order to get my refund. (How do I cancel an order that you claim has already been refunded?) I ask him to show me how to cancel the order and he goes through the app on my phone, then concludes that theres no way for me to cancel the order. I suggest that I get something else in exchange and he walks away telling me to wait a few days for a refund or a few hours for the ice cream. And never comes back. He hid behind the wall in kitchen. I asked the cashier to speak with the manager again. She goes, not even out of sight, I can hear them talking in Spanish: "the man wants to speak with you again." "Still?" "Si." She says he was coming but he never did. I waited too long for a mistake on mcdonalds part. 1. Ordered the items myself because there was noone at the counter, as usual. 2. I get questioned as to why I ordered ice cream through mcdonalds app and that I should've known that their machine was down. 3. Im told that a refund was processed, with no way to prove it - in a place where every transaction is documented 4. Later told that there was no refund and I had to cancel it. Had the manager prove to me that the order was not able to be canceled. 5. Manager was unwilling to make any reasonable exchange and fled. 6. Manager hid behind the wall for the remainder of the visit. 7. Cashier even ignored me several times until she realized I wasnt going anywhere. This was very unprofessional, cowardly, dishonest, and uncooperative.

  I don’t know why they have a low rating, but I love coming to this McDonald’s. It’s super convenient. The employees are always nice and attentive. My order always comes out perfectly and fast. And their employees are super polite. I almost felt like I was at a Chick-fil-A.

  I made the mistake of getting iced coffee here....WOW... whoever made my coffee must LOVE creamer because they overloaded it with creamer. It was creamer with coffee, not coffee with creamer. I had coffee from earlier on the morning, dumped half of the iced coffee they gave me out and added the regular coffee and it was still WAY TOO SWEET. What a waste of money....I couldn't even drink it. I'm posting a pic of how light the coffee looks.... this is AFTER I added half the regular coffee and it still looks this light. Won't be ordering this there again. It was pretty disgusting.

  these people at this mcdonald’s don’t know customer service nor give you the food based on the size fries you get, why would i pay for a large fry just to get small fry in the bag? And then i asked for honey mustard and the man was bringing it to me but this lady told him not to give it to me?? And he went to put it back and lied saying they didn’t have any left chile I seen it in your hand. So i said yall really don’t have any left? "Oh we haven’t had any since last week" please you know you lying 😒 next time im not going to be so nice like just give the damn food and go about your day.
