  Always dirty inside . Floor is always sticky. Drive thru never gives you food at window. makes you wait in another long line of cars to get order .

  I am not sure if this just Houston's people. I had just paid in first window, as soon as I pulled up to seconded window I was told to park, not just 1 min later, not even a good morning. Of course I complained, "are you telling me that you are gonna park everyone because there is no food?" This is just poor management, how is that they are missing food, are they short staffed? The manager needs to step up and they need to have w food ready. It was barely 8 am, of course people is buying food. Are they cooking food as needed? Poor management and bad service with bad attitude 😒

  Horrible service, while placing my order the lady asked me if i’m going to use the app, I say yes then she doesnt ask for my code, then at the window i give them my code andi get hit with an ugly look from the lasy at the window. Then they get my drinks wrong to top it off. Food was good tho and the girl who took my food out was nice.
