  The service to the vehicle is a garbage, one makes the order online and confirms it 5 min before arriving and it is as if one had not ordered it, one arrives and so far they are going to start preparing the order, the brave workers and they do the ones who do not know what it is and only know how to say: I have just arrived I do not know what it is...... is it not 24-hour service?? In general, the service is the worst and even worse is to place an order online on a Sunday when there are no customers.. those operators are the most lazy in the world and the most relaxed... they close that place... it is a garbage.

  Got home and ate a mcdouble and realized im missing a burger lol 😆 only a $1 so it's all good but damn 😵‍💫😵‍💫🤣

  It has no fountain drinks in the dine-in area. Occasionally there will be a vagabond or 2 in the dining area. Decent service but the food has been missing condiments and once they didnt put a chicken patty in the hot n spicy. Also the condiments are thrown together sloppily.

  I ordered two Hot and Spicy chicken sandwiches with no special instructions, just the way they come standard. When I got home and took my first bite, I was shocked. Both sandwiches were absolutely drowning in mayo on both sides of the chicken. It wasn’t a light spread. It was like they slathered on half a cup per sandwich, turning what should have been a crispy, spicy chicken sandwich into a soggy, mayo-soaked mess. The heat and spice from the chicken were completely overpowered and buried under layers of mayonnaise. It tasted like I was eating straight mayo with a hint of chicken somewhere in there. Downright uneatable. This isn’t just a minor mistake. It’s careless preparation that shows zero attention to detail or respect for what customers actually order. If the standard build includes mayo (which it does) fine but this was excessive to the point of ruining the entire thing. I couldn’t even finish one. McDonald’s used to be reliable but this experience makes me question if anyone in the kitchen even checks what they’re handing out. Terrible quality control, no care for customer satisfaction, and a total waste of money. Won’t be back anytime soon. 1 star is generous
