  I ordered a sausage Mc griddle meal, and I very clearly said “sausage McGriddle meal.”The screen at the drive-through was broken so I could not see my order to confirm it was correct, and they did not repeat it back to me. I was missing the hash brown. When I mentioned it was missing to the drive through attendant, he checked my receipt and said they didn’t charge me for it. That was it. He didn’t offer to charge me the difference to get me one, or ask any questions to see if I had ordered one and they had just misheard me. He just handed me back the receipt. Overall bad service from the whole line.

  Haven’t ate at McDonalds in 25 years, heard the 1/4 lb was never frozen… not sure if it’s true. But the burger was great. Even looked presentable like the picture. Now they just need tallow. Some grade a goyslop!

  Trash customer service. Order was placed online, when I got to the store it’s open yet no one speaks at the speaker. I drove around to the window and the lady comes to the window with an attitude saying they’re not taking orders until the breakfast crew gets in and it’s no longer dinner time. MY ORDER WAS ALREADY PLACED. The online system should not be able to take orders if they are going to refuse to fulfill it and their team needs better training and an attitude adjustment.
