  What good does it do to have closing hours if you're going to close 30 min early and then ignore the waiting customer? This isn't the first time. Do better.

  I'm impressed with this McDonald's drive thru didn't take long to get my order employees were in a good mood my entire order was correct wow keep up the good work

  Ms. Gloria is absolutely amazing—I truly appreciate her outstanding customer service! The evening team is just as wonderful. You can tell they genuinely work together and support one another, which makes such a positive difference. Great job to everyone!

  Normally I have no problem at all with the service at this McDonald’s, but this morning I had a horrible experience I was in the lobby to order and the manager was screaming at a employee, and made a whole scene (I do not condone for any manager to talk down or scream at a fellow employee just because something is wrong) first of all think about the people eating in the lobby and the people waiting to give their orders. We don’t want to witness this play of power, no one should ever be treated like that! I won’t be going back to this McDonald if that is how a manager treats an employee. That manager needs to take classes on how to handle all possible situations and how to treat employees with respect!!!
