  Very good restaurant it says Tex Mex so don’t compare it to either. I ordered a Tejas Burrito with salsa verde. Very good I forgot to take a picture before I started eating

  I always look forward to coming back - this place never disappoints. From the moment you arrive, the team makes you feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. It’s in a convenient area with plenty of parking, so getting here is simple. The prices are great, and there are many room options to suit different needs and occasions. Everything I tried was delicious, and the drink menu is impressive as well. The entire space is spotless, comfortable, and fully accessible, which I really appreciate. Whether you’re here for a romantic meal, a family outing, or a group event, it’s a wonderful choice. Lunch was especially enjoyable. They also speak Spanish, so Spanish-speaking guests feel right at home. Truly an excellent experience!

  The overall year was delicious however ordering crispy tacos via delivery is probably not the best idea because they tend to get soggy. No fault of the restaurant or delivery driver that’s just how crispy tacos get if they sit. Other than that I will definitely use delivery again in the future.

  Sizzling combo with shrimp was great. Charro bean with Mexican rice was excellent. First time I ate the whole bowl of charro bean. Usually I will left some soup base left but this one I ate it all. They also have the free cone icream with chocolate and vanilla option. I also have the Henesy Island with cherry was perfect to finish the night.

  I live in Utah and am visiting family in Houston. First ate at Maria Rita's on the 13th of February this year. Tonight will make the sixth or seventh meal in six weeks. Four meals at the restaurant and 2 or 3 delivered. (Pretty sure tonight marks 3 deliveries 🍽️🤗😁) Prices are nice, but the food blows prices out of the water like Blackbeard Pirates at their best. Have had almost everything they offer since I steal from everyone else in my party every single time. Staff is always so kind in helping me get my wheelchair bound family members in and out out the restaurant. Actually, service is kind and excellent all round. From hosts, to servers, to bussers. Everyone is kind and pleasant to meet. Food arrives quickly and is happily devoured in nearly the same short amount of time. The drinks are delicious, especially the margaritas. Their chips, salsa, and queso are epic but if you need more zip, they have hotter sauces to get you the heat you need! Highly recommended but fair warning, unless you eat everything on the menu your first time going, you'll need return trips to satisfy your tummy desires. Thanks Maria Rita's, you folks are as awesome as your food is delicious. PS they have a really cool Maria Rita's sign painted on the back wall. Not important but fun to look at.
