- SSSteve SymeonidisApr 4, 20262.0I just came in and I ordered two kolaches one Italian chicken kolache and one BIRRA kolache, the BIRRA tasted kind of funny. I don't think it was cooked properly. Anyways I ran a barbecue restaurant for many years I'm familiar that it has cilantro as well and I know this is NOT the B-B-Q kolache. I KNOW IT'S TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. I TOOK ONE BITE OF THE BIRRA KOLACHE, and it was terrible and I went back inside and asked if I can get a different kolache. The lady refused it was just ONE bite I can understand if I ate the whole thing or halfway through, BUT she would NOT change it. I was in the restaurant business and this is POOR service I threw the kolache in the trash in front of her and she still didn't say OK well here you can have this kolache here or what kolache are you familiar with didn't you have an Italian chicken kolache I can give you another one. SHE DIDN'T OFFER ANYTHING. I returned 5 minutes later and asked for the refund. And they said they would call the supervisor. THE SUPERVISOR authorized the refund. The lady's name was Paola. I want to be clear I'm not a cheap person even before I tasted The kolache or any of the kolaches I gave a dollar tip. And Paola, she would not let you finish the sentence. It wasn't till the end after I request the supervisor she was kind.

I tried fruit and meat/egg/cheese, and even bbq brisket filled varieties. The strawberry ones were particularly delicious. I had a little bit of an issue with my first Uber Eats drivers, not sure if that was because it was taking a while to make my order and he gave up, but the second one came through. Kolaches aren’t just a sausage in a blanket, make sure you try one of the above! My colleagues were enlightened.
