- SMSoroosh MehdiMar 22, 20262.0Compared to years ago. I’ve noticed that kolache factory may have started to use premade stuff. I ordered a lot today and even after I asked to warm everything up, the meat in the Korean beef croissant was very rubbery, the Texas polish was nice and spicy but nothing else in it; thought some cheese would be nice in that. The ham and cheese croissant had crushed up artificial tasting ham. The the peach danish was good in terms of the fruit itself but the pastry was too dry and felt like it was the kind of thing you get at a gas station. The Holmes pecan smoked sausage was dry and yet again, no cheese. All in all. I get the impression that there have been shortcuts being taken in preparing the food nowadays.
