    George acts like your getting a good price than after you tip him $4 he wants to tell you he didn’t charge you for everything and charge you more money. So I told him to use the $4 tip to pay for the cips I told them I had in the beginning and had on the counter. He was very rude and told me the tip was optional, and I had to give more money for my chips. Never in my life have I been robbed in my face like this. I will never tip at this location again. Everyone can thank George for not getting a tip and nobody else should tip either. This is why. I paid for my order at 6:40 and at first they didn’t charge me for the chips or the drink. I had to tell the guy that I had it. And then I guess he only charged me for part of it so I figured since the price was so low, I would give a tip. And when I told George to use the tip to pay for my chips, he refused and Said the tip was optional I had to give more money. I know how customer service works. He should’ve gave me my tip, money back or paid for the chips with it. If you don’t wait until someone tips you and then decide to charge them more money. He was very unprofessional. I would like man to watch the video ask who’s fault that was and if I should’ve had to pay more money or not. For $3.60 George treated a customer like crap in overcharged I would’ve never tipped if it was nover $30.

    Keith, jorge and Elvia from the night crew are all Rockstar and deserve every bit of recognition. They really put in the effort for customer care for JJ's. Came in last hour with a large order and they made it happen with no hesitation. Helped us label and load out everything. Strong communication and helpful. 100 out 10!!!

    ordered for a specific time . order was over an hour late. ordered toasted subs, when they arrived they were soggy and cold . mushy bread, inedible. called store and guy on phone told me that it’s only their job to make the sandwiches and would not give credit or even to remake. i am a patient at the hospital and can’t leave here. cafe was closed so i couldn’t eat anything else. guy at store told me if i wanted anything to dispute charge with my bank. just incredibly inconsiderate. i order jjs all the time and i will never order from this location again
