  Wanted their wheat sub bread. Asked for it. Got on sliced Turns out they don't have the wheat sub anymore. That's fine. However I was still charged for their shitty pre frozen sliced bread I never asked for That's why the low review

  Great customer service at this location! I had a situation where I had some lost receipts from an expense report from a few months back and Brittany (manager) went out of her way to get me the old receipts. Great customer service! Well done!

  Forgot my chips on a delivery order. I called the restaurant and was met with an attitude as if I did something wrong. I'm not Jimmy John's regular and won't be.
