  I placed an online order and had all the preferences in writing on the submitted order. When I got home and opened the order, it was COMPLETELY wrong!! They made 2 of the same (giant sandwiches) rather than follow the order and make the specific items we ordered. And the sub that they didn’t make had extras that we paid for!! So on top of not getting what we ordered, we paid extra for it. There is NO REASON the order should have been wrong, it wasn’t even busy at the location when I walked in to pick it up. In fact, there weren’t even any customers in the store. And one of the employees didn’t even acknowledge me because he had headphones in and wasn’t paying attention. I stood at the register waiting until the other employee came and waited on me. After all this, I had also included an $8 tip! For what??!! Very disappointed with the service (rather, lack of it) that I received this evening. I’m not sure I’ll return after this nightmare.

  I will never eat at Jimmy John's again because of the multiple terrible experiences I had at this location. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
