  If I could give 0 stars I would for this location. Order was missing items, made wrong, and a drink was spilled on all the sandwiches during the delivery making all sandwiches soggy. They replaced the drink but refused to remake the sandwiches. In addition the woman on the phone continued to hang up on me over and over and over when I was trying to get the order fixed for a corporate meeting. I spent $120 and will NEVER order again. Disgusting behavior to hang up on a paying customer who only just wanted it corrected.

  OK, so I ordered my sandwich from this location on Saturday. Unfortunately they took my order but but they’re not open so I do not understand that come Monday. I call up there and ask her can she just void out the order? She said no because it is free because it was a Birthday Order for me and I was working on doing a TikTok for that location, but she said I can do it so I received the message from my app saying that my order is ready The day after so on the ninth my order is so-called was ready. I called up there extra I just change it to delivery or can I try to void off the order now she told me yes and it will go back to my app and I never received this. I’m highly upset and I will be making a TikTok about this location. I don’t understand why they’re not open on weekends or why they close at 4 PM. It’s unacceptablein her. Customer service is horrible.

  Asked for a few items that a sub shop traditionally has olives, Parmesan cheese, salt, the choice of amount of mayo etc and was met with way to much resistance, sub was super cold including the bread overall the sandwich was just bland, chips were decent but def rather go to one of the other three main sandwich shops bs dealing with this location

  The food is pretty good. But why do they always forget the napkins????? Which is why I dont order that from here that often. They are across street and yet I feel they do not care about their customers. I thought I would give them another chance. Twice I asked for napkins. But again, no napkins. They do not care. I do not care to order from there again. And they are so close. And no hot cherry peppers on my second sandwich It is on the reciept.
