  I arrived at Jimmy John’s at 7:55 pm and the employee was already about to lock the door, but since I got there right then, he let me in. However, he told me he couldn’t toast the bread because the toaster was already turned off, and could only make the sandwich cold. I really like the sandwiches there, which is why this was disappointing. If the store is still open, the full service should be available until closing time.

  This has to be the worse Jimmy John's location . The cashier was rude , didn't make the sandwich how I asked it to be made and completely toasted my bread for way too long . I've been to multiple other locations they offer great customer service and make the sandwich to perfection

  I never liked the entire 1 dollar upcharge to add cheese to your sandwich, and it’s especially frustrating when they forget the cheese entirely. On top of that, instead of a refund you get store credit. You already showed me you’re incapable of simply following instructions, and you expect me to come back? And spend more money. Just give me my damn dollar back

  My review is solely based on the fact that one of the workers not sure who he was but he was not in uniform. Was updating the signs for the new gyro sandwich. He was doing so by STANDING ON THE COUNTER WITHOUT HIS SHOES ON BAREFOOT ON THE COUNTER! This was so disgusting for me and my husband to be eating our food and then see someone’s feet by the food we were eating and the cups for all the customers to use. That’s just disgusting. We will not be back.

  I am not one to write reviews, BUT I had to due to the lack of service and laziness. I just finished getting out of an appointment where I had to fast. So this was my first meal of the day. I’ve been to other JJ locations where I’ve order the Tuscan Italian Wrap in an Unwich, and they’ve substituted the HAM (that I can’t eat) for Turkey. So I tried to put the order, and the worker taking my order was told by the one making my sandwich that they don’t substitute the meat. Um excuse me, but these sandwiches or unwiches are not premade. You make them as you go. Therefore, I’m not understanding the issue where you can’t put turkey instead of ham. AGAIN, I’ve never had an issue at any other JJ location. Honey, if you don’t want to do your job find something else to do. ALSO, I went to another JJ 4 mins away and they made the unwich they way I always order it. THIS WAS JUST PURE LAZINESS AND A LACK OF SERVICE!
