  Being new to the Houston area we got a flyer in the mail advertising this spot this location is off of Holcomb Street. It is a brand new location. Me and my wife are so glad we popped in it is very very delicious. The service here was great Branden and Jeniya were awesome they take customer service to the next level. Can't say enough on how welcoming these 2 are which made our experience so much better. Will 100% be coming back to Iwok definitely recommend

  This place is a gem! Food was delicious, the vegetables were crunchy and the meat flavorful. The sus chef from Alaska has a great personality and made us feel welcome. Also, it was super cool to see our food be prepared by the automated machines, I haven't seen anything like it before. I cant wait for them to get a drive through. I will definitely be returning very soon!

  The food was great! Just like cooked by a chef! We had the best experience and the manager Brandon was amazing with customer service. By the time we walked in, he immediately greeted us with warm welcome and he kept on asking us about - how was the food and our experience was. Our second time dining here and we will definitely come back. More power to Iwok!

  Going to iWok was the first time I went to a place from due to getting an advertisement in the mail, which I got for their grand opening. And now I'm wondering on how many other places I've missed out on by not doing that more often. For the price, speed, and quantity of food, I don't know if there is a better option in the medical center. The prices range from 9.99 for your classic General Tso chicken and orange chicken to 13.99 for a pork belly dish and Mongolian beef. I got the pork belly, and it was more than worth it. Full of flavor! As for the speed, it only takes a couple of minutes to get your food. You can choose to eat in or take out. They have thermal-lined takeout bags to keep your food hot. And it really works! My food was quite hot by the time I got home. For the quantity, I was surprised! The photos on the website undersells how much food you get. The bowls were bigger than my head! I had been fasting all day, so was really hungry when I ordered my food. I actually ordered 2 meals (the pepper chicken), because I was so hungry. But, I didn't even eat the chicken, because I was stuffed after the pork belly meal! The service was good, as well! The counter staff were friendly and explained how they get and prepare their food. Overall, if you want a very full meal, at a good price, and you want it fast, which, for medical professionals working in the medical field, is likely quite often, gove iWok a try! I know that I'll go again!

  We came out of curiosity. Automated food prep like in the futuristic movies of yesteryear, and we stayed for the food! The food is tasty and very well balanced. It was not crowded, so the wait was short, but the staff is fast and very helpful. Its a new concept born in Houston and growing fast. If you happen to drive by, stop and give it a try. Tell them I sent you.
