- JHJulie HMar 30, 20261.0I usually am never pushed to leaving reviews so this is new territory for me. I used to love this location as their service was awesome. Unfortunately after today I will not be returning. This most recent time when I went to speak with a manager about finding a large bug in my chicken when I opened the package. The manager I was speaking with was accusatory and extremely rude. He implied that I might’ve put the bug in the packaging and after offering me a refund (which he did so after much back and forth) he walked into the back area huffing and speaking under his breath which I felt was very unprofessional! Unfortunately he didnt have a name tag on but I was told he is a manager over specifically the grocery department. Maybe a manager is not the position he should have if he is going to accuse customers of making things up.

When you express that this is an unfair policy, expect to immediately be treated rudely. The manager did not want customer feedback.
- DTDiana TamayoMar 19, 20261.0Worst experience ever yesterday- my 71 year old mother got hit by a basket an employee was pushing around the store and didn’t even say anything or communicate anything in regards to her passing by the aisle and hitting my mother. She and then another employee started to games on a 71 year old women inside the store just because she told her to be more careful and that she was already getting physical therapy for other issues. The manager came and even though he tried to remediate the situation he didn’t know how to handle. And it was on a Wednesday afternoon when it was supposed to to be calmer for her to enjoy the store super careless employees smh
