- CAChristen Aldridge2 days ago5.0Normally I just nurse my baby while I walk but today I just wasn't feeling well including some bad back pains. I asked a nearby associate if I could just borrow a milk crate from the back.... he came back with a chair for me 😭🥹 i wanted to cry right on the spot.

- PDPamela DeniseApr 4, 20265.0Saturday April 4, 2025 I had originally placed the order through curbside for 9 PM and once I got home and put all the groceries away I realize I had a lot of items missing so I came back up to the store at like 1015. I spoke to the front cashier manager Darrell, who got me in contact with another head manager named Juan, who went to the back to see if possibly the items had just hadn’t made it into the cart to be put inside of my car car with the rest of my items, but he was unable to find them, but luckily Juan a team lead for curbside was still in the store working so Juan took me around the store 30 minutes before they were supposed to close and got all the items that were missing for my curbside order and this is why I will forever shop at H-E-B because they did not have to do that. They did not have to to make sure I was able to get my items before Easter Sunday, especially considering the fact that the curbside team had actually already left the store for the evening. I just wanna say a big thank you to the H-E-B team who was able to assist me tonight because that made my heart so happy it made me feel so important
