The cake was beautiful and very delicious!! I spoke with Denise also and she was very nice and helpful. We were so happy!! 🥰🎂🎁🎈🎉💝

- ACAntho CApr 10, 20262.0This is my grocery store! We have shopped here almost every week since they opened this location. Prices are pretty good, produce is usually fresh, a huge variety in foods like ready to eat, ready to cook, prepped produce and meats, sushi and more. It’s usually packed everyday until late evening. My two year old grabs the car like carts every time and samples near the seafood counter to see what’s new. We were actually there today. The store is well organized, everything is in the correct spot and the employees are super nice and very helpful whenever needed. It’s easy to find parking on the first floor with the green/red occupancy lights. However I’ve noticed for a while now that cars are usually speeding through and not paying attention or care about the people walking entering the first floor west entrance. I’m usually with my small children and noticed they drive like they’re always in a rush. Theirs a speed bump far left and far right of the entrance but nothing in the middle near the doors. It shouldn’t feel like J-walking trying to get into the store. If you’re walking through they don’t stop and just drive even faster. I think yield to pedestrian signs, stop signs like TARGET, flashing lights or painting the pavement like Walmart may be needed.

- JBjocelyn babinApr 1, 20265.0I love this Shepherd/Heights HEB they’re always in stock ready to serve the people the produce is always fresh the seafood is always fresh & the glass cases are always streak fee & the meat department is always fresh & employees are always rotating the meat & answering questions but most of all the employees & management are there ready to answer your questions or suggestions & the bathroom are always clean & their handicap carts are always working & enough for customers & the radio music is great to shop & sing to & watch people singing to & the cashiers are always smiling & friendly but best this is about this Shepherd/Heights store is there is a cashier name Roy who is always friendly & ready to serve you & always ask did you find everything you need & did you get everything on your list & asking did you get the milk eggs & bread & always saying thk you with a smile & saying see you next time & this is with all customers I have stood there to watch him & he truly treats the customers with love & respect & makes you wanna tell a friend so they can come & get that same great customer service feeling I love my Shepherd/ Heights store ❤️❤️
