Good vibe and amazing atmosphere if you like the more industrial rustic look. Service is top notch. Food was the best, and I'm not exaggerating here, the best I ever had. I got the Shrimp with crab and Marsala sauce and it was delicious. It was literally packed, we got the last table and still had our food within 30 minutes. Not the biggest portions, but the taste alone is worth it. If you don't mind $30-50 a person, and want some 5 star food and service, go here.

We had the best experience at Grotto for my sister’s birthday! Our waiter, Alex J, went above and beyond for us providing us with exceptional service! He was very knowledgeable of the menu, giving us good recs and telling us more about the items. The food was also amazing. We will def be back to visit Alex J…as should you!

Great place, excellent and superb service. We had a big group attending the AMPP conference and gathered for dinner at Grotto.
Highly recommended restaurant. Overall a great experience and if you are in downtown this is the place to visit.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Italian restaurant. I ordered a “14-inch” pizza to go, but what I actually received looked more like an 8-inch pizza. On top of that, it was mostly dough with very little topping.
In total, I spent $35 including a drink and tip, and I honestly left feeling hungry. The staff told me the pizza was meant for two people, which I find hard to believe—I couldn’t even feel satisfied eating it by myself.
What made the experience worse is that they don’t offer any extras. No chili flakes, no parmesan cheese, no sauces—nothing. They don’t even ask if you want anything on the side; they just hand you the pizza as-is.
Overall, it felt overpriced and underwhelming. I highly doubt I’ll be coming back.

Stopped by before the game on Saturday. Food was amazing. Service was wonderful. We sat on the patio and I left without grabbing my phone from the table. I wasn’t gone maybe 10 minutes before I realized it and immediately went back and it was turned in to the host station. Super grateful!!
