Back at my hotel, I realized one of my favorite gold earrings was missing. With an early flight the next morning, I figured it was gone forever. I called the restaurant and reached Sujeiry, who immediately sprang into action. She checked our table, talked to the bus team, took my number, and promised to call if anything turned up. Not even five minutes later, she called back—she had gone outside to look and found my earring on the sidewalk. I couldn’t believe it. I Ubered back and picked it up, completely relieved. This is customer service at its absolute best. Thank you, Fleming’s, for having such incredible people on your team. And thank you, Sujeiry—you are AMAZING!!

The atmosphere is upscale and comfortable, making it a great choice for a nice lunch or dinner. The steaks were cooked perfectly tender, juicy, and full of rich flavor as always!! The sides complemented the meal well, and everything was plated beautifully. The menu has a great variety, so there’s something for everyone. The sides here are probably my favorite out of all the other steak houses. The service is always great, the staff were attentive. Overall, Fleming’s delivers on both food and service. If you’re looking for a high-end steakhouse experience in the area, this spot is definitely worth visiting. My favorite Flemings location by far is this one. Great service and food. My top Steak house of the year again thanks! 10/10 for me
