I called my order in and as soon as I got there I received my bag with COLD fries. The place was not busy and had a lot of employees. I look over at the frie station and there were bags of fries just sitting there already pre made. There’s no reason to have those fries just sitting there. I am highly disappointed

I called to place an order during the Buy One, Get One Free promotion and was told to order online through the website or DoorDash. When I checked, online ordering was turned off. I called back and was informed they had intentionally disabled online orders. During that call, the store manager hung up on me. When I called again, I was told there was “nothing she could do” because the store was running out of product and would not honor the promotion. She had a very dismissive, “oh well” attitude and made no effort to offer a solution. When I asked for her name for documentation purposes, she refused to provide it. Running out of product and turning off online orders are internal issues and should not affect customers during an advertised promotion. Being hung up on and treated dismissively by management is unacceptable. Very unprofessional experience.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.

We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment.
