I placed a order over the phone, I already felt like they were gonna get something wrong cause whole time it was like he was trying to get me off the phone. I get there and he repeats my order I tell him thats not what I order he goes to the back and comes back and says well its already done I tell him im not paying for something I don't want(obviously), he rolls his eyes tells me it'll be 10 minutes. So there I am waiting for almost 20 name after name being called I walk up and ask whats taking so long the girl grabs my order from the stand they had never called out my name, at this point it feels intentional I ask for a manager to tell her whats up, and she ask "well is it cold" like girl that is not the point. I pull it out it is cold and she goes "well what do you want" lmao at this point I told her to give me refund she snatches the bag and then continues to take her time on my refund. Like tbh I was being friendly until they started acting like that like no one should be treated like that. Sophia, Wingstop do better if this is who yall have in management maybe you should consider better training.
