  I ordered online. Went inside and showed my order, they told me it’ll be ready in 5 minutes. I waited 10 minutes and shows my order, they said it’ll be ready soon. I asked again in 5 minutes and they told me I was at the wrong address. I made a new order with no refund, they told me it’ll be 5 minutes. I watched 15 more minutes for my order and it’s not even the correct order. I think my 1 star is very fair 🤷‍♂️

  Really love this location, 5 stars all day simply because the employees are good and quick to help. Just need to do more deals or discounts in general, sometimes I'd be craving wings and they be like 20$ at the end for one person let alone for 2, either way, this location is perfect so far

  They took a while to give me my order, I tried checking to see if there's was even anyone packing my order, and to my surprise they were only 2 people working? What type of work place where there's only 2 people working and the orders coming late, honestly disappointed since this was my first time at this Wingstop, I've never had this type of service at any of the Wingstop's I've been to. The food was cold and my fries were stale, didn't bother coming back since the lady in the glasses had a nasty attitude. Won't come back again

  El lugar muy agradable ambiente familiar súper tapido las papas súper frescas y bien cervidas sin dudarlo vulevo mas veces ideal pata la familia lugar limpio por eso son 5 estrellitas gracias x mis papas frescas

  I placed a order over the phone, I already felt like they were gonna get something wrong cause whole time it was like he was trying to get me off the phone. I get there and he repeats my order I tell him thats not what I order he goes to the back and comes back and says well its already done I tell him im not paying for something I don't want(obviously), he rolls his eyes tells me it'll be 10 minutes. So there I am waiting for almost 20 name after name being called I walk up and ask whats taking so long the girl grabs my order from the stand they had never called out my name, at this point it feels intentional I ask for a manager to tell her whats up, and she ask "well is it cold" like girl that is not the point. I pull it out it is cold and she goes "well what do you want" lmao at this point I told her to give me refund she snatches the bag and then continues to take her time on my refund. Like tbh I was being friendly until they started acting like that like no one should be treated like that. Sophia, Wingstop do better if this is who yall have in management maybe you should consider better training.
