“Manager” Joseph was horrible!! Everytime I come in he’s so rude. Fries had ZERO seasoning and he wanted to charge me FOR SALT. This was local and going to be my new wing spot but now I refuse to go! Hire better staff and do better Wingstop!!

Horrible experience. Don’t go to this wingstop, waste of money. The manager Joseph was really rude. I placed an order for $35+ and the order was messed up like always, no seasoning on the fries. When i asked the manager about this he kept saying there is seasoning. This place does not know how to treat customers.

I’ve ordered from this Wingstop THREE times in a row and every single time they’ve managed to mess up my order in a new and creative way. First time, they delivered my food to the wrong address. I literally had to go pick up my own delivery order. And apparently no one in that building knows how to process a refund? Cool.
Then last night pushed me over the edge. I ordered delivery again and they completely SWAPPED my meal with someone else’s. When I called, they told me I needed to come pick it up and again repeated that they “don’t know how to do refunds.” So I drive over there… and these people are all standing around laughing, and my order isn’t even started.
At this point I’m ready to snap and just ask for my money back, but the moment I raise my voice, everyone suddenly gets serious and throws my order on the line. I ask the cashier why my food wasn’t even being made and she tells me, “I don’t speak Spanish,” while everyone behind her is speaking Spanish. That has nothing to do with why my order wasn’t prepared. Make it make sense.
This location is a disaster. If I’m paying delivery fees AND tipping, the bare minimum is getting my food delivered to the correct address and actually made. Do better.
