i am 9 months pregnant, specifically ordered ranch with my food and got blue cheese instead i didn’t notice that it was blue cheese until the food was majorly eaten. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager after telling the manager pregnant women are not supposed to eat blue cheese and i started to get belly cramps from it he stated, “it’s nothing he could do about it besides give me the ranch i was supposed to receive” if i end up going to the hospital tonight a lawsuit will be filed!

My 38 week fiancée & I ordered food from here and asked for RANCH. We received blue cheese but did not notice it was blue cheese because we do not eat blue cheese. Just thought it tasted weird. I seen chunks in my supposed “ranch” and then I realized it was in fact blue cheese not ranch. It would not have been a big deal but my fiancée is pregnant which can harm our child. Called them immediately and asked to get a refund and was told all they can do is give us 2 ranches, told us even if we speak to the general manager he will tell us the same thing. I will be speaking to the GM tomorrow.

De lo peor compré una horden grande me dieron la comida fría y el pollo sin dorar crudo y se tardaron mucho les hablé para reclamarles y me dejaron en espera les volví hablar y me contestaron y querían que me regresara pero eso no es el punto es un lugar de comida rápida y deben de dar buen servicio pero no eso saben aser es lo peor que pude que pueden aser en un lugar de comida rápida espero les castiguen por que yo fui a las 11:20 y no supieron trabajar ninguno ni el encargado ni el personal y querían que me regresara estaban locos yo estaba en mi casa cuando vi todo lo que is ieron fue de lo peor y no gasté un dollar gasté $ 98 fue suficiente para que trataran así y luego que dieran mugrero de comida fue de lo peor trato espero les llamen la tensión a todo fue de lo peor que he visto en comidas rápidas y si no quieren contestar en el teléfono no pongan a una güera tonta que no sepa contestar aún cliente ni eso saben aser .
