While waiting for my food to be finished cooking, Joy began making my drink for me and making small talk. May came out from the back and began checking on the customers inside and then checked on me. They were so super friendly and asked me about completing a survey for them and showed me how to do it. It was super quick and easy. My food came out within 5 minutes so super quick since I had just placed my order. I ordered 3 types of boneless wings, mango habenero, hot buffalo and the spicy Korean. I also got some ranch for the side. The wings were hot, fresh and tasted amazing. The mango habenero ones were addictive but super spicy. The spicy korean was a mix of hot and sweet and of course the buffalo ones are always the bomb! The ranch was amazing. I dont know what they did but it was heaven and I could have literally drank it! No exaggeration here! In small talk after getting my food, I learned that May is the general manager and thats just amazing! She was in the kitchen doing it all just like her employees and teammates and that means and says so much! It speaks volumes that she also is motivating customers to submit surveys so they can see how they're doing and what may need improvement. I see this store making a big come up and I definitely think this is the best location yet when it comes to customer service!
