So I came in early Wednesday morning I admit it's partially my fault I should have checked my food before I left. I had asked for Hawaiian by mistake I was giving plain and I asked for parmesan corn and I got cajun not parmesan they were super spicy. Anyway I get back to work I realize I called them spoke to a manager by the name of "Jarar" (I hope that's right). He apologized I asked if I needed to send a picture but I took one anyway just in case. He said no come back at your convenience I will let the night manager know. He was so attentive professional over the phone. I come back at 7:20 pm after work. I spoke to the manager on duty his name was Kendrick. When I tell you great customer service he was professional he was attentive I still showed him the picture lol.. he did not hesitate quickly rectified the mistake offered if I wanted something to drink while I waited. And while I was waiting I observed him training to cashiers very patient, was hands on and show them step-by-step how to refill the soda cartridges. And I even apologized because I should have checked my food before I left. We're all human Wingstop on 34th and 290 Mr Jerar (Am) and Mr Kendrick (Pm) thank you for making me feel welcomed and excited to come back we need more managers like you guys and credit is given where credit is due.

They'll have you come back and replace the order, but you have to bring the food back and by the time you get home, find out, get back to the store, etc. it's already a crazy hassle. Go to Atomic Wings instead, honestly. Their customer service is phenomenal, and it's right around the corner. Fresh wings, too. Skip this Wing Stop, at least.
