I did place the order a bit late but it was accepted and the money was taken from my account. After a bit of time went by I called the store to ask if my food was being delivered and the employee told me that the person delivering my food had left about 8 minutes prior to my call. I never received my food. I called the store on today to request a refund and a different employee told me he would give me a call back in 10 minutes because they were busy. I have not received a call. I have also submitted feedback to get in touch with someone in the Wingstop company over not receiving my order and also measures not being taken to refund me my money. If you’re going to accept orders through the app, please put in place a system for customers to track where their order is. Also, please have a solution in place for your employees at the store to refund customers when they don’t receive their orders. I should’ve been helped the first time I called and I should’ve received that phone call back but i did not. It’s now been almost 4 hours since calling the store.
