Every time I come to pick up an order, the staff refuses to fill the beverage cups and forces the delivery drivers to do it ourselves. This is a clear violation of health and safety protocols. As a courier, I do not have a food handler’s permit, and I haven't gone through the required hand-washing procedures that restaurant staff must follow. It is unhygienic for customers to have their drinks prepared by someone coming straight from the street/car. Management needs to train the staff to complete orders fully, including drinks, as per their agreement with delivery platforms.
