    Arder over 45 and had atomic wind employee refuse to give me cups for water. I even ask to pay for the cups . But a she wanted to charge me about 14 dollars. Is just sad. I have been to other wing stops and have been given cups. I won't come back to this location.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an online order and was given the wrong items, missing part of what I paid for, and extra wings I did not order. I had to drive 30 minutes back to the store with photo proof of what I received and my receipt clearly showing missing items. I even showed my ID to prove I live far away. Despite all the evidence, the staff refused to correct the mistake, hid behind “store policy,” and repeatedly implied I was lying. I asked them to check their cameras to verify that I never received two bags from my order—they flat-out refused. I even offered to pay for the extra five wings they mistakenly gave me just so I could receive the rest of my order. Instead of taking responsibility, they forced me to pay for their error before giving me my missing food. Only after wasting my time did they throw in two extra wings, which I never asked for. I didn’t want free food—I wanted what I paid for. This was an exhausting, disrespectful experience. Zero accountability, zero customer service, and a complete waste of time.

    Horrible experience. This place is a hit or miss depending on who’s working. Sometimes they don’t answer at all. No option for hot lemon pepper online so always have to call and they always mess up the order.
