  Store hours say closing is 4:00 AM. We arrived at 3:15 AM after driving 30 minutes to the South Loop location, but the chef refused to take our order. After requesting, they finally made it. Three more customers came after us and it seemed like the chef didn’t want to make their orders either. If you close at 4:00 AM, customers arriving before that time should be served. Please improve coordination and customer service.

  Place is not open at 10:30 they open at 11 Stopped in no one at the counter, all of their menu screens were shut off.

  These were quite possibly the worst wings I’ve ever eaten in my life. Either the wings or oil tasted old and burnt. Neither me or my wife finished our plates…the hot lemon pepper is not hot at all and they just sprinkle lemon pepper on top and the garlic Parmesan was an oily mess with some Parmesan sprinkled on top. All of the wings were extremely extremely dry. I just assume they don’t know how long to fry the wings because the French fries were actually fried to perfection. Wherever you’ve been getting wings from, just keep going there. This place was awful and a disappointment.

  Staff was super friendly and had great customer service . Place was quiet and clean . Mardi Gras wings were horrible . Hot lemon pepper were ok . Spicy Peach were pretty good . Corn had too much old bay .
