  Tried to order from their website and after customizing an order for a party I'm having, the website said this location is not accepting orders. Called and they demanded I give them my credit card over the phone instead of letting me pay when I'm there. Good job losing a big sale Wingbay.

  Was delicious as always, but i accidentally ordered Boneless and wanted bone in and that was totally my fault because when I ordered online I didn’t realize it was boneless. The bone in are so much better though! But these were still very good and when I’m back in Houston I will order the bone in

  Jose is always helpful with the menu and always has a smile on his face. Love the boneless wings they are very big and filling. Just wish the hot was a little hotter.

  Dined during their Grand Opening weekend twice (they had soft launch a couple weeks ago) where we had 5 free boneless wings and half off entire menu. The couple guys I assume were owners were great at explaining everything and providing recs. The food was excellent. Spices were applied in the right amount, cooked to the right level. The food came out without a long wait. I'm not a wing expert but this was heads above WingStop. Favorite flavor was the dry garlic parm. Second best was the Mardi Gras, which the owner recommended. Wet rubs are not my preference, so peach BBQ and BBQ were lower on my list. Fried corn was excellent. Fries were good and seasoning seemed like the Mardi Gras.

  I'm not one to cast accusations, but I simply do not see how this place has 4.9 stars. Let's get the one good thing out of the way: the service was actually rather nice and friendly. Not the best ever, like other reviews are saying, but still (I'm trying here). Now to the negatives; the place is rather small and has a rather basic and drab appearance. Even after spotting the sign out front, I had to double check that this was a wings place. Now to the stuff that really matters, the food. These were likely the worst tenders I've ever had: clearly overcooked, surface was tough to bite into (think I hurt my gums), and the inside was dry. What's even worse is that they didn't even toss the tenders in the flavor of choice, they simply overcooked the tenders, then sprinkled thr seasoning (spicy lemon pepper and garlic parmesan) on top, making for horribly uneven seasoning and resulting in some bites being way too salty even after I tried to brush off some of it. Seriously, a "wings" place that doesn't toss their chicken in the chosen flavor, are they even trying?? I gave up after just one of the 5 tenders, making for a complete waste of money. When I brought this to the employees' attention in both English and Spanish for the refund, they claimed that tenders are supposed to be dry inside, and that the seasoning being only on top was because of how long I had been there (only 30 min from getting my food) which doesn't even make sense. The fries were alright, but would never recommend this place, and likely not coming back. Update edit: soon after leaving I felt nauseous and rushed to the nearest restroom. Something's definitely wrong with this place.
