  It started off bad. I'm outside on my phone trying to finish a call and the to go guy comes outside, interrupting my call asking if I want to go or dine in. I then go in order food and the fries where old and the burger super soggy and tasted funny. Then they told me they couldn't refund my money until 3 or 4 days. I will never go back to this establishment again and I usually enjoy Willie's.

  Food was okay. We had over 30 people in our group and several complained of no taste in their meals. Mine was good.

  My husbands food was not cooked properly, hush puppies were raw inside. Cocktail sauce was frozen ! Coleslaw tasted old. My burger was flavorless. Fries were soggy. Coke was flat. Salsa has a weird flavor. Our server made a rude comment about how much chips and salsa we had ordered and we are fit people, not sure why she had to say something like I can’t take the rest home. We rarely go out to eat and wanted something we know is always good, it was not good. Very disappointing

  I am an admin for my office and I have placed several lunch orders at this location for our office. Every time our food and service has been spot on. Today I got a call from one of the managers letting me know he was not going to be able to fulfill my order due to an electrical issue at the location. He suggested sending my order to one of the other locations further up 290. When he called me back he informed me that all was good and he could still fulfill my order. He was going to make sure everyone in the kitchen and to go had all the details about my order. Jacob was phenomenal at communicating with me about everything that was going on. Twice I have picked up curbside at this location and Eddie is absolutely amazing. He always greets me with a smile and explains everything. He also goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need to go with our meals. Thank you Jacob and Eddie for going above and beyond and making my job easier when I place my orders with you guys!!!

  Excellent customer service and delicious food! Was in a rush for dinner, and completed my first to-go order. Order was ready in under 10mns - as soon as I pulled up curbside parking, Eddie was bringing my hot food with a smile! He was incredibly kind, explaining how the process works for future orders. He was so polite, truly, he went above and beyond! Our dinner was delicious!! Burgers were juicy and made perfectly to our requests. Street corn was yummy too! I highly recommend and we will be back!
