  I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Junior from curbside! Every time I’ve had him bring out my order, he’s been super friendly, polite, and quick. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job. He double-checked my order, handled everything carefully, and even made sure I didn’t need anything else before leaving. It’s honestly rare to see that level of customer service these days. Junior definitely made my experience smooth and stress-free.

  We had such a great experience at Willie’s Grill & Icehouse. The food was fresh, hot, and came out quickly. The atmosphere was relaxed and really enjoyable. Shout out to Victoria, she took care of us and she was amazing. She was so kind, attentive, and made sure everything was just right the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests, and that really made our visit even better. We truly appreciated her service. Definitely coming back!

  ***HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE*** This was, without question, the most unacceptable dining experience we have ever had. I brought my husband because he had genuinely been looking forward to coming, and what should have been an enjoyable visit turned into complete frustration and embarrassment. From the outset, the cashier repeatedly entered our orders incorrectly. When the food finally began coming out, we discovered that my husband’s order had never been placed at all. This is not a minor oversight — it reflects a fundamental breakdown in basic operational standards. What is even more disappointing is that no manager came to our table to acknowledge the mistake, offer an explanation, or attempt to remedy the situation. That level of disregard is deeply unprofessional and demonstrates a complete lack of customer-centered leadership. We have been loyal patrons of Willie’s locations for over 20 years and have never encountered anything remotely close to this level of incompetence and indifference. This experience fell far below the standards we have come to expect, and frankly, it was profoundly disappointing. Update: I requested to speak with a manager after personally observing our waiter inform her of the issue at the time it occurred. She was the same individual who initially took our order and caused the confusion. Instead of immediately addressing the problem, she later approached the table asking if we would like dessert because she noticed we were not eating. We declined and made it clear that we wanted to understand what went wrong with our order. The waiter stated that my husband’s meal was never on the ticket he originally submitted. However, she insisted that the order was entered correctly because she personally put it in. Those statements directly contradict one another. At this point, it is evident that someone was not truthful, and we are beyond attempting to determine what actually happened. She did not come to our table to meaningfully address the issue until my mother was nearly finished with her meal. At that time, she asked whether we would like the food remade or packaged to go. No, thank you — we wanted the meal when we ordered it, nearly an hour earlier. Offering it after the fact did not repair the experience. She deducted $20 from the bill, we paid, and we left — extremely dissatisfied and deeply disappointed.

  Awful curbside experience. Food sat ready on the counter - ultimately had to walk in after watching 4 others arrive after and get their food before me. Junior - a “manager” - couldn’t have been less helpful or even interested in helping if he tried. Since food had sat it was cold, soggy, congealed and inedible. When you order online- you pre-tip and I gave 25% and asked the tip to be refunded. A female manager said she’d do that but we’ll see. They n ed serious work with their managers!

  I visit this establishment frequently, and every single time I have an amazing experience. I love the lively atmosphere, fun food, cold drinks, friendly patrons and all the hardworking servers that ensure my visits are always memorable. I have to specifically callout Regan and Chloe for going above and beyond every single time I pop in. Thank you ladies! If you want appetizers and cold beverages on discount, then be sure to hit up their happy hour menu. Thank you to everyone putting in that work here at Willie's Grill & Icehouse.
