  The curbside service was phenomenal! The food, however, was not what we expected from the prices paid. Brisket queso was advertised as being made with white cheese dip. It was made with yellow cheese. Country fried steak was NOT edible, tougher than leather, with the breading completely unattached and soggy. Onion bites were edible along with a nice bbq dip. The mashed potatoes tasted very old. And lastly, the Willie burger had two tiny strips of soggy, old chewy bacon. The restaurant has potential. GREAT potential. The kitchen however, needs a MAJOR overhaul.

  I walked in and Kaylee greeted me with a big smile and it felt very welcoming! The food was amazing and the service is very fast! I also talked to Kaylee when I was placing an order for to-go, and she was very enthusiastic and suggested very delicious food for me to try! Amazing place to come to socialize and feel like you’re their first priority!

  Kaylee at Willie’s Grill & Ice House provided absolutely outstanding customer service at the front. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She handled everything efficiently while still making us feel genuinely valued as customers. Her positive attitude and professionalism really set the tone for a great experience. Willie’s is lucky to have someone like Kaylee—she truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommend!

  Visited with family a couple of days ago. Ordered a strawberry pecan salad from the very sulky server on the till. As we were getting drinks, someone came out of the kitchen waving a piece of paper at said server, there was a discussion about strawberries while both gave me a death stare over the counter. I presumed they were out, but neither said anything so we went to find a table. Salad arrived in due course, containing ONE meagre strawberry cut into five pieces. Are you people for real? It’s on your menu, stock up on the ingredients! I could make a much better salad at home, and should have. Service run-of-the-mill, nothing pleasant, not worth tipping for (and some of the attire worn by the staff is enough to put you off your food). Won’t be back, app deleted.

  As a Mormon, it’s hard to find a restaurant that can accommodate my big family of my wife and my 14 children. I usually have to make a reservation and that’s a pain when sometimes eating out is just a spurge of the moment thing. I prayed for guidance and Joesph Smith whispered back, “Willie’s”. I loaded my family up in the Christ Cruiser bus and headed off. When we arrived, the clouds parted and a golden ray rained down upon the sign, “Willie’s Icehouse.” Upon entering, we were met with heavenly smells and a Christ-like figure behind the counter. I hesitated to tell them the amount that would be dining in but they smiled and took us right to our seats. I was so touched, I fell to my knees and began to sob and praised Joseph Smith. We ordered our food and when I looked upon the waiter, Hunter, I don’t know if it was the lights or I was hallucinating but I swear I saw a halo above his head. The food was incredible. Having 14 children, it’s hard to find cuisine that all of them will be satisfied with but at Willie’s, the menu was so diverse, there was something that every one of my children enjoyed. When I received the bill, I prepared myself. Having a large family also means having a large bill. However, Willie’s food was so well priced that I had to call over the angel boy to make sure I wasn’t hallucinating the price. He assured me that was the price and I again fell to my knees sobbing. He helped me up with a smile and wiped the tears away and told me God was looking down upon my family. I’m sure that last part was a delusion from my mind being collapsed at how much money I was saving but I add it in the review because I could believe our waiter would do such a thing. In conclusion, Willie’s is now my family’s favorite restaurant and much like spreading the good word of the lord, I found it my duty to share how incredible this restaurant is. Amen.
