  23 minutes to go through the drive thru is unacceptable. I had my 3 y/o daughter and cold groceries in the back seat. I understand they cook things fresh but I could get to-go food from a restaurant faster than that and not have to sit in line the whole time. Will not return any time soon.

  Lindsey is an excellent manager who truly cares about her team and customers. The food came out fresh and hot, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. She has such a positive attitude and creates a welcoming environment. You can tell she takes leadership seriously and works hard to keep things running smoothly. Great customer service and strong management overall! Thanks Lindsey in keep up with the welcome to what a burger.

  This is one of my favorite locations. I stopped here yesterday on my way home. I ordered only a drink (prickly pear ☺️). There were quite a few cars ahead of me. I’m not sure if that’s why or if he just felt like being nice, but a young cashier came out with my drink and told me not to worry about the charge and have a good day. I was not in the best spirits but this truly made me smile. Such a small gesture but I needed it. The service/food is always great here and this just gave me another reason this location is my favorite.

  I commend you all on still being kind when clearly being understaffed and overwhelmed. I hope those rude customers look back and think about their actions(doubtful but one can hope) . They clearly don't know how to take a breath and assess a situation before acting. I dont know if it's because I think about the situation or if its also because ive worked in the service industry where its slammed and we were understaffed. I truly hope yalls day gets better and yohe manager that makes the schedule sees this and does better. 🫂

  This is the worst Whataburger I have ever been to. They put us in lane B and brought our food out, but not the car in front of us and didn’t ask them to pull up. They then brought several other peoples food out behind us and again did not move the car up that was blocking the lane. So now after sitting for 15 mins we get to eat cold food when we get home. The management needs to learn how to run the drive thru better. Will pass this one up in the future and go to the one down the street.
