Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

There is a complete lack of professionalism from the management team, and it clearly trickles down to the employees responsible for delivering food in a timely manner. Orders take an unreasonable amount of time, even during non-peak hours, with little to no communication or urgency from staff. In addition to the service issues, the food quality is consistently poor. Overall, this location is not meeting Whataburger’s standards. A corporate team should visit this location to provide coaching and development training for the entire staff, as significant improvement is needed in both leadership and execution.

Stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon around 4:15 pm, and there were only two cars ahead of me and the inside was almost empty. It took over 15 mins to get the order! Then we asked for no onions and the package said no onions, but guess what it had onions! They need to improve this place because it has always been this way. Dont come here if you can avoid it
