Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Also I highly encourage you to ask for no salt as it was almost inedible. People love Whataburger in Texas I am not really oversold the spicy ketchup is pretty good though
- JVJeperdi VelaJan 26, 20261.0Well I came when they were closing 8:30pm 1/26/26 just my luck cause we know these employees for fast food are allowed to pre close and always give us half ass service I asked for gravy for my strips and the young man told me gravy stops at 8pm lmao I looked at him and said now that’s bull shit 😂 all I can do is laugh at this point cause no one told them to throw the gravy away so early!! It’s always a rip off when you pay for something and leave unsatisfied never will I spend my hard earned money with whataburger and to also pay hundreds for flights on top of that and still leave feeling ripped off smh do better
