Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Overall, customers enjoyed the burgers, describing them as fresh, hot, and tasty, although some noted inconsistencies in seasoning and preparation.

Fries hot. Burger cold. Took busy to even worry about going back for another during quick layover. Probably wouldn't visit this location again. Limited quick options at this area of IAH though

Carnivore here. I got plain beef patties and they were delicious! I ordered without salt and added my own Real Salt because I don't know if their salt is pure. Not sure on the burger fat content but hopefully it's at least 30 percent. I would recommend.

Although this was an airport location the service was excellent. I ordered a #1 during breakfast time and there was no delays. The food came out hot and relatively quick, maintaining the quality you com to expect from Whataburger.

Whataburger and their management has sunk to a new low. The location was out of fries and onion rings so I settled on a burger only. What really upset me was they asked me to put in a tip amount before I could even scan my credit card. You have to be kidding me. This is fast food. No table side ordering and table service. Requesting a tip before even served. People opt for fast food so they don't have to deal with tipping. Requesting a tip on overpriced airport fast food is beyond reasonable. Management should pay appropriate wages. I almost cancelled my order as I thought it was so inappropriate to request a tip before even scanning a credit card. I was shocked and caught off guard. Reflecting back on it I should have cancelled my order. Management take note that you should pay your employees properly. Tipping culture has gone too far. For a sit down meal I tip generously, but for fast food this goes too far.
I almost forgot to mention they also got my order wrong. I requested a jalapeno cheeseburger and the order in the bag was a bacon cheeseburger. Overall poor experience.

I only had time for a quick bite to eat before catching my connecting flight in the B terminal so opted on Whataburger. They were quick and the burger and fries tasted freshly made as well as having a good stock of regular and spicy ketchup. The service could be improved as the workers at the time clearly did not want to be there and the one that helped me was mumbling so I couldn’t understand anything she was saying. Seating can also be hard to get as there is a decent amount but also a lot of customers.
