Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

First time was at a drive thru at night and I was the only car in line and they managed to forget my fries and I confidently drove off thinking they had everything in my bag because hey it’s Whataburger good service right? Nope. Got home and was missing fries and had to go all the way back just to get it. Second bad experience which is this morning. Ordered ahead and still waited a long time. People ordered after me and still got their food first. They also managed to mess up my coffee that had extra add ons and because I once again trusted them, I left without tasting and it was bitter with non of the vanilla extra add ons. No napkins or condiments in the bag either. Food was fresh and hot and the ONLY thing positive about this experience. Please for the love of God, just take the extra time to check to make sure everything is good. I should know, I used to work fast food specifically at Whataburger.
