Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

First of all, I had a valid coupon that says I can get free fries with a purchase of a whatarefresher and they refused to let me use it, which feels like false advertising. On top of that, when I bit into my burger, there was a piece of plastic inside. It was absolutely disgusting and very concerning. Spent gas and money 23$ This is a serious safety issue. The service was horrible, and the overall experience was unacceptable. I will not be returning.

When I got home I found that they didn't include the apple pies even though I was charged for them. This was very disappointing. I suspect they intentionally left out the pies knowing that most people would not drive back.
- JJJJJan 23, 20261.0Was chewing on my #5 burger when I notice a hair that is so long that I had to PULL OUT THE ENTIRE BURGER out of MY MOUTH to see what it was considering it was a WHITE HAIR matching that of the woman who took my order and rung me up. I took the rest of the burger and disassembled it to find ANOTHER long nasty white hair waiting for me at the other side of the burger. Absolutely nasty and disgusting, definitely will never be going back to this whataburger or any because I took the off chance of even going to one this night. Very disappointed, almost made me vomit, and deliberate violation of someone’s food like this is someone that can be taken as a federal food violation.
