Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

However, today was the first time I saw something very disrespectful. I ordered food, but something went wrong with my order. When I told the cashier, she refunded my money, which I appreciated. But another lady, named Mela (she speaks Spanish), came to my table, and without wearing gloves, she took the onion rings from my tray. That made me feel very uncomfortable, and I didn’t want to eat the rest of my food. I was really disappointed because this has always been my favorite Whataburger location. I hope you can address this issue so it doesn’t happen to anyone else

I’ve gone here several times now on the weekends and the service is slow & backed up the store is nasty and sloppy. The store manager should address this issue as it not the standard for Whataburger my home store is San Felipe which is always on point !
