  I went in tonight and two girls with her hijab just talking !!! looked straight at me and then turn back around didn’t bother to come and take my order. Some guy that was working in drive-through (Vernon) - who was indeed a black guy, came over to take my order….. so I thought ……he reminded me heONLY finishing ringing up his stuff (for break )Which was some fries and some apples . I literally had to tell the black girl with the hijab to come to the register to take my order Then some manager in a blue shirt (Mexican) came out and asked the black girl with the hijab When she Is getting her hair done!!!!!! she was so confused at the slug. He was throwing at me ..then had the NERVE TO messed up on my order which required me to go back inside in the In the rain. mind you is thundering, a whole thunderstorm!!!! To get mustard in a cup Because they messed up on my order, I had no grilled onions on my order and I while I was in there , they gave this other white man the completely wrong order in the drive-through which required him to also get out in the rain to come get the correct things he ordered (Chicken strips and was given a burger.) He was highly upset about having to get out of his car and walk in, but I calmed him down by reminding him , -fast food is not always correct nor fast. By the way, it is very rude to ask someone with a hijab when they’re gonna get their hair done…. poor girl had no clue he was trying to be funny towards me. She even deniedthat he made this comment !!!!! I had to remind her when I came in to correct my order . When she remembered, she had no clue why he asked that and had NO COMMENT NOR RESPONSE!!!! She simply Put her head down to avoid any further questions!!!!! this is unacceptable. Please refund me too bad it’s raining. I would’ve went somewhere else

  Every time I go to this whataburger they give me the wrong order. Hate this location for that.

  HOW DO YOU MESS UP A SIMPLE FISH SANDWICH ORDER? Two fish sandwiches. Extra Veggies Extra Pickles One with cheese and one without. Yes, I paid for cheese. Did I get what I paid for? No. Did I get tomato? No you were out. How? Did I get the cheese I paid for? No! Only one sandwich had pickles. On top of that, Ordered at 629pm and was delivered 649pm A twenty minute wait to deliver a wrong order! The only reason your getting 2 stars is becuase the food was hot at least.

  It was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life to Whataburger. They didn’t hear me. They didn’t see me. Everything was wrong. They gave me somebody else’s order then they wouldn’t give me a refund. They wouldn’t give me anything back. It was the most horrible experience of my life
