Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

    This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Whataburger. First off I am not a super fan of the franchise as it is. Usually, the only thing I get from here is the Cobb salad. I usually like them very much. Today was the absolute worst. I placed an order at 12:54pm. I have still yet to receive my food even though my co-worker has been at the location since around 1:00pm. I placed the order for pickup curbside. They were supposed to send me an email so I can check in when she got there. she sent me a text message at 12:56pm telling me to check in according to the drive through. I discovered they did not send me anything to check in with. I tried to go to the app and the website where I ordered and nothing had the ability for me to check in. They REFUSED to give her my food. I called the store and let them know what was going on, the person proceeded to hang up the phone, I called back, they let it ring and did not pick up, I called back they picked up I explained what was going on the man proceeded to get off the phone with me talk to his co-workers and then hung up again, I called back they picked up and hung up again. They kept telling me to check in I kept telling him the same thing there was no way to check in, I asked again politely for them to give my co-worker my food. They hung up again. The last and final time I called the person on the line proceeded to tell me they would give her my food but next time I will need to check in. What part of they did not send me anything to check in with did they not understand. My co-worker sat there the whole time. I thank her for being a trooper because if I had to get in my car to come to Whataburger I am sure I would have been in some type of trouble. Never again will I ever dawn this Whataburger, I will starve before I go there!!!! Totally and utterly ridiculous! IT should not have been that serious when she had the receipt right there in front of them. Very unprofessional from the managers on down to the workers at the drive through. If I could give zero (0) stars I would have!!!!!!!

    Went here with my son. We love Whataburger, and we stopped going to the Whataburger by our house due to the horrendous service. This location reminded us why we love Whataburger. Food was served hot. Inside was clean. Staff was very friendly. Now we know where to go to get our Whataburger fix.

    Customer service great good got and fresh I will be going back to this location on airline and north freeway they are fun also you can see they are having fun at the same time of serving us great atmosphere

    I went to this location never been always go to little York over night but this location was closer and the service was absolutely wonderful. The service was fast. The food was hot. The person that was taking my order I think was Was so nice. It makes me want to go to that location every time even though Lil York is a lot closer thank you for your service and your great customer service. I think the only downfall was that location was the two homeless people outside but other than that, I would go and recommend this one to everybody
