Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Ordered ahead using the mobile app. People were coming in from the drive thru because orders were incorrext/ incomplete. We ordered 3 different burger meals, none of which had the french fries, had to go back in to correct, and they still gave us the wrong size for 2 of the orders. This is after waiting 20 minutes in store for a mobile order that had been placed 8-10 minutes before arrival. No one seemed to know what they were doing, and actually had bad atritudes at the register, because they messed uo orders and had to correct them.Witnessed multiple employees bumbling in and out of the restaurant with peoples orders in hand looking lost and confused. Many people in parking lot made trips (multiple trips) in and out to have orders corrected, poorly. Burgers were cold and unedible by time fries were finished!Worst whata-experience EVER!
