I have sat here for 30 minutes and nobody came to give me my food. I went inside and they stated they were looking for me and threw it away. I have been sitting in the mobile order parking spot the entire time and no one ever came out. I asked for a refund and was told I could not get one because it would make it seem like their system was short. So now I am without food and my money. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.
