How do you take an order in drive through and not remember to acknowledge the customer. Was wondering why people started driving off. Received someone ahead of me’s order and they didn’t even know the individual had pulled off because they weren’t even paying attention. Sat in drive through for nearly 10 minutes after the order and had to blow the horn several times. The manager who was clearly working up front could’ve cared less from the look she gave but thankfully the runner/ drive through attendant sought us out. Don’t recommend coming here at all because it shouldn’t take 10 minutes to fix and hand out a 4pc biggest and a small fry.

I watch multiple drivers attempt to pick up my food and they are never able to get it and my order is eventually cancelled. When i try to call and find out what the issue is, the phone rings once and then hangs up.

I need to use the RR and was told it was out of order. No sign, nothing posted on door or anything. The young man was going to give me the code but the young lady behind the counter said no, it of order. This was a blatant form of discrimination. I then asked for a manager or the number to call and was informed to check the website. I did this the reason for this post. DO NOT VISIT THE WENDYS LOCATION NEAR UOH CENTRAL. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISCRIMATORY PRACTICES.😠
