  Unhygienic. I was waiting in line and the car in front of me had a dog and the employees kept petting it. Some of us allergenic to dogs. And secondly, that is just unhygienic. You don’t touch people or animals while handling food. I have already e-mailed this matter to corporate. I’m not trying to be over sensitive or a jerk, but this is a health issue and they probably need to be audited.

  The food was definitely on point/ on par with other locations. The restaurant itself left MUCH to be desired. The air in the restaurant was warm and stagnant, almost humid. The employees just set our food on the counter and never called the order; there were 3 in our party that day and none of us heard them call our order. The fancy coca cola machine was missing most of the flavors and they don't have their own restroom. You have to go to the gas stations that this Wendy's is connected to, and it looks dirty, stinks to high hell and doesn't have any soap.

  for the prices they charge now wendys hereself should be spoon feeding me those tiny fries and burgers, due to the intersection this spot is kinda hard to get, not only that but last time I went there they took like 30 mins for a 2 person meal, should change the fast food slogan to reservation only because even restaurants dont take that long.

  I went to this location lastnight. Its close to my church so me and my family go here often. Lastnight was a bad experience. Im not a racist or bigoted at all. However, the two Hispanic gentlemen (a younger one with glasses and one who is older) who work at night are RUDE and don't act like they like working there. I asked for fresh nuggies and I haven't always had issues at this location. Other times when this request was asked they pull you up after you've paid to finish waiting for your fresh made food. Well, last night he (the young guy) handed me my bag right out of the window. Surprised it was so quick, I asked "were they made fresh", he begrudgingly and silently almost as if he was super agitated that I was asking, quietly uttered, "yes". I tested one of them, and yes it was hot, but not what I asked for. My fries weren't fresh which to me makes ZERO sense when one item is asked to be made cooked to order.... why then give the CUSTOMER other subpar to stale items?? Please make it make sense bc it doesn't. Im not trying to get these two fired, bc im sure they won't be. But, can management atleast have them tighten up their customer service skills?? We are PAYING Customers! Also, I think they gave me fries from the floor because there seemed to be an extra crunch like, you know how if you've ever ate something that fell on the ground (10 sec rule, lol) but there may still be like a piece of dirt on it still? Well, that was my experience last night. I truly believe they did this. My wife was behind me in line. Her fries were fresh but her sandwich was dry and old tasting. Just an overall bad experience.
