At one point I apologized and ask if she could repeat herself because she asked for a drink size.. and the biggie bag comes with a small, so I was confused why she was asking. When I asked her to review my order, she couldn’t hear me, so I drove up. There was a different person at the window so I ask the young man to please review my order. He then takes my card, asks me to go park -which was fine, but he had my card. When he tries to give me my card, he drops it. Doesn’t even apologize or say anything, just.. oh. It fell. So I have to squeeze out of my car to get it. Cannot provide a receipt. Printer doesn’t work. I finally get my food. There was like 10 fries in the small fry tray. And cold. No napkins. No ketchup.
